1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and undamaged with no scratches or alterations.
- The watch must be in its original packaging including the box, tags, user manual, and protective films.
- A proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or invoice) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items on clearance sale or purchased using a promotional coupon code.
- Damage caused by improper handling, water exposure (beyond the watch specifications), or accidents after delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your Order ID and send a clear photo or short unboxing video showing the condition of the watch.
- Once approved, you will pack the product securely and our shipping partner (PostEx) will guide you on the return process.
4. Refunds & Shipping Policy
- Free Delivery: We do not charge anything for delivering the watch to your doorstep.
- Return Shipping: If you want to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the return courier charges. If the item sent was wrong or damaged, Timescape.pk will cover all costs.
- COD Refunds: Refunds will be processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
