1. Warranty Period
- We provide a 1-Year limited warranty (as specified on the product page) from the date of purchase.
2. What is Covered under Warranty?
The warranty strictly covers internal manufacturing defects, which include:
- Watch movement mechanism (machine defects).
- Battery replacement (if the watch stops working within the first 3 months).
- Timekeeping inaccuracies (watch running too fast or too slow).
3. What is NOT Covered under Warranty?
The warranty does not cover external damage or wear and tear caused by daily use, such as:
- Scratches on the glass, case, or strap.
- Discoloration or fading of the plating/color over time.
- Water damage (unless the watch is explicitly rated for deep diving and used accordingly).
- Damage caused by accidents, dropping the watch, or unauthorized repairs.
4. How to Claim Warranty
If your watch develops a mechanical fault during the warranty period:
- Contact our customer support via WhatsApp with your Order ID and a short video showing the issue.
- Send the watch back to our service center for inspection.
- If the defect is genuine, we will repair or replace the watch movement completely free of charge.
